Piers joined BPK at the end of 2022 as our agency manager and senior valuer, arriving alongside Gillian Proudfoot as a fantastic new front of house team.

He has more than 15 years of experience in valuing homes and selling them, as well as vast knowledge of the local market in Carlisle and North Cumbria. Over the course of his career, he's sold hundreds of houses which means hundreds of satisfied customers - many of whom come back for their next move.

Buyers and sellers like him for his honesty, his obvious experience and his friendly, down-to-earth approach. He's readily available to help buyers and sellers alike before and after a price is agreed as part of our managed sale service - just one reason why Piers and the team can take pride in our reputation for selling more homes more quickly than anyone else.

Hobbies: Motor racing, supporting Newcastle United and walking the dog around the lovely Cumbrian countryside.

Gillian began working with BPK at the end of 2022, joining with Piers to bring their experience to bear in keeping our home movers happy.

Gillian is our Senior Sales Negotiator with more than 20 years of experience in the local Carlisle and North Cumbria market. Born and bred in Carlisle, she knows as much as anyone about the local property world and has helped hundreds of people move in her career.

Gillian is also the driving force behind our managed sale service, keeping a close eye and a tight check on all of our sales to make sure they can go through successfully – in line with our reputation for selling more homes more quickly than anyone else. Our buyers and sellers love how proactive she is to keep things moving as well as her easily approachable manner – and of course, for her experience as well.

Favourite thing about her job: Starting the sale, following it through to completion.

Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends.

Eddy joined the team in early 2020 as a Sales Negotiator and has since developed his career, now valuing properties as well as managing the rental side of the business. With 10 years’ experience in the housing market as well as a diverse background in management in other sectors, Eddy brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Favourite thing about his job: Talking to clients, doing viewings and providing the best service he possibly can.

Hobbies: Eddy likes to read, usually when soaps are on the television, and also likes to keep fit and spend time with his family.
